Affiliate Protocol

The Katanx Affiliate Protocol is designed for high-signal practitioners—instructors, choreographers, and established dojo operators—who bring serious cohorts onto the platform.

The Mechanism

Katanx does not run advertising. Our growth is entirely driven by the magnetic output of the practitioners on the platform. To compensate those who act as gravitational nodes for our ecosystem, we have established a deterministic revenue-share model.

Payout Structure

• Studio Subscriptions: Affiliates earn a permanent 10% revenue share on the first 12 months of any paid Studio subscription initiated by a user who registered via their cryptographic invite link.
• Hardware Integration: When users purchase recommended hardware (e.g., specific camera rigs or biometric wearables) through the Affiliate ecosystem, Katanx routes 20% of the hardware referral bounty directly to the practitioner.

Qualifying for the Protocol

The Affiliate Protocol is not universally open. It requires:

1. An established Katanx profile with a minimum Signal Score (calculated by The Wire).
2. A history of publishing high-fidelity media across The Stream or Studio.
3. A verified identity vector within our commerce pipeline (Stripe Identity).

Application Process

If your profile meets the algorithmic thresholds, the Affiliate Dashboard will automatically unlock within your Studio settings. If you believe your external audience warrants an expedited manual review, please contact commerce@katanx.com with your metrics.
