Katanx is built by a small, highly autonomous team of engineers, researchers, and practitioners. We are aggressively lean and deeply obsessed with performance—both in code and in the physical disciplines our product serves.

Our Culture

We do not operate like a traditional tech company. We function closer to a research lab and an operational defense contractor.

• High Signal, Low Noise: We despise meetings. We communicate deterministically through pull requests and written architecture docs.
• The Practitioner Overlap: We index heavily on hiring individuals who actually practice what Katanx supports: martial artists, dancers, choreographers, and visual artists who also architect distributed systems.
• Edge Deployments: Code ships fast. If you require massive bureaucratic permission structures, you will not survive here.

Focus: Ingesting Apple Health, Google Fit, and proprietary biometric IoT streams into Katanx Studio analytics with zero data bleed.
Stack: Swift, Kotlin, Rust edge functions.
